- A question, answer or translation that looks incorrect. Tell us the question number and what you expected — these get fixed quickly.
- Billing and subscriptions
- Charges, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Start in your App Store or Google Play account; if something still looks wrong, write to us.
- Press and partnerships
- Questions about the app, screenshots, or working together on citizenship education.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer questions about your own immigration case, your application status, or whether you qualify for citizenship. EasyCitizen is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS or any U.S. government agency, it does not provide or facilitate government services, and it does not provide legal advice.
